Shared Value Manager

AIA currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Shared Value Manager to join their team in Melbourne or Sydney on a 12 month parental leave cover. Within this role you will contribute to strategic wellbeing initiatives across AIAA’s life and health insurance products.

To do this successfully you will:

• Build and implement new evidenced based health and wellbeing services

• Monitor existing health and wellbeing services, tracking, and communicating outcomes and impact

• Exploring digital solutions to scale AIAA’s health and wellbeing services

• Tracking trends and developments in health and wellbeing

• Collaborating with academic partners and the Shared Value Team

• Support the team with publications including reports and presentations

• Provide support for health and wellbeing strategy

Successful applications will demonstrate:

If you are passionate about well-being initiatives, have strong knowledge of our health and life insurance products and are looking to progress your career at AIA, then we want to hear from you.

Successful applicants will require a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as psychology, occupational therapy, exercise physiology or nursing. A Masters degree in a relevant field including but not limited to economics, public health, or psychology is also highly desirable.
