Shift Boss - Mining Supervisor - Underground

Are you an experienced Mining Supervisor looking for a long-term opportunity with a leading Australian gold producer? Catalyst Metals is seeking a capable and safety-focused individual to join our team at the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia.

Working a family-friendly 8:6 / 7:7 FIFO roster from Perth, you’ll fly directly to site and arrive within 90 minutes. As Mining Supervisor, you’ll report to the Underground Foreman and be responsible for leading and coordinating underground mining crews to safely and efficiently achieve daily production targets, while maintaining compliance with all site safety and operational procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar underground mining role
• Strong knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• A strong safety mindset and a solid work ethic
• A current “C” class WA Driver’s Licence
