Shift Leader - Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shift Leader to join our franchise team in Caboolture, Australia. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

• Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals
• Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff
• Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve operational processes
• Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and other relevant documentation

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service or retail sector
• Demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (or willingness to complete the course)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer literacy for managing schedules, reports, and other administrative tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
