About the role:
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together and we’re excited to be transitioning GYG Stafford to our first 24/7 restaurant on Brisbane’s north side! Our Shift Leaders play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. What’re we looking for?

• Availability between 6pm – 6am including weekends and public holidays
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Current or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol courseand/or Food Safety certificate
