How you will make contributions that matter

Join our Leongatha site as a Shift Supervisor and take ownership of shift operations across a large, dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with clear progression into a dedicated shift position.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with teams across the site and key external partners to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be supported with structured training across the site and different production areas before moving into your own set shift rotation.

• Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance targets.
• Manage a team of ~30 employees, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce downtime, and support autonomous maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and environmental standards.
• Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (dairy or FMCG preferred).
• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence.
• Safety and quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP.
• Ability to work a 4x4 shift pattern.
