About the role

SeaRoad is currently hiring a Shipping Services Coordinator located in Devonport to join our Sales and Marketing department. The role plays an integral part in providing the highest level of customer service support and acts as the main point of contact for SeaRoad’s Tasmanian customers. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide a best in industry customer experience with a ‘one-touch resolution’ and customer centric mindset.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with our Tasmanian customer base.
• Help coordinate critical interfaces with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure service requests are fulfilled to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
• Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.

About you:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service delivery with a customer centric mindset!
• Shipping or transport experience desirable.
• Strong administration and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent level of computer literacy and understanding of systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
