Your new role

In your new role as supply chain specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Management of the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, customs clearances are obtained, and invoices paid to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  
• Supplier management, ensuring suppliers and third-party logistics providers are paid on time, processing purchase orders in a timely manner, performing invoice reconciliations as required.
  
• Driving a mindset of continuous improvement across the supply chain function, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, to reduce lead times and deliver better overall customer experience.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge across shipping documentation, purchasing, inventory control, and customs clearance procedures.
  
• A proven ability to drive process improvements within the supply chain function, with a track-record of successful identification and implementation of improvement initiatives.
  
• Solid systems skills, with ERP understanding and competency in MS Excel.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to work within deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
