If your answer is YES, then we invite you to join us! A thrilling opportunity has opened up for a permanent full-time Ships Agency Administrator to become part of our team in Geraldton, Western Australia.

A Day in the Life of a Ships Agency Administrator:

  • In this role, you will support daily port and agency operations with general office administration, documentation, and system entries to keep workflows running smoothly.
  • You will assist with vessel line-up updates, vessel registers, cargo documentation, and customs-related entries, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Your responsibilities include coordinating logistics such as crew and technician travel, accommodation, transport, and handling routine banking and post office tasks.
  • You will work closely with the agency and operations teams to process invoices, manage internal systems (WASP, MARS), and support daily reporting requirements.
  • You will also provide ad hoc administrative support and assistance to the Fremantle office as required.

Who You Are:

  • You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for achieving excellence.
  • While prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to learn and succeed.
  • Attention to detail, administrative proficiency, and a good grasp of computer skills are essential.
  • You thrive under pressure, meet deadlines effectively, and approach challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • Safety, compliance, and wellness are paramount to you and your team's success.
  • You must possess a valid Australian work permit, driver's license, and driving experience.
