Job Description - Showroom Manager I Commercial Furniture
Working for a company who provides Furniture within the Commercial industry.
Overview of the role:
Achieve optimum sales for the branch
Increase the growth and profitability of the branch
Promote good employee and customer relations
Uphold company values and policies
Ensure team members respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain the company's position as the leading furniture supplier
Ensure all staff are aware of and can work to the Quality Standard ISO 9001 and the Environmental Standard 14001
Role Includes:
Sales
Administration
Operation overview
Personal development
Required skills / experience:
Industry experience is an advantage
Retail and/or commercial sales experience, preferably in office furniture
Customer experience in a B2B sales environment, including establishing customer profiles, identifying and seeking out decision makers, delivering solutions, and closing deals
Experience in establishing and following a sales process, staying on track, and closing deals
Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit (GP) budgets
Demonstrated success in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
