SINC Administrator
We are currently seeking a SINC Administrator to support the delivery of Aged Care services funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
Working closely with the Home Care Packages Team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, growth, and development of SINC Program while supporting older Australians to remain living safety in their homes and connected to local communities.
The Role
As the Seniors in Networked Communities (SINC) Administrator, you will work across the Canberra & Goulburn Archdiocese, in the ACT and Southern Highlands Regions to ensure the delivery of aged care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). You will be required to work within a person centred, wellness and reablement or restorative framework as outlined in the CHSP Manual. All services are provided in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
