ACCIONA is delivering the Lumsden Point project – a major infrastructure development supporting port and logistics capacity in Western Australia. This landmark project will enhance regional supply chains and drive long-term economic growth, playing a critical role in supporting future industry demand.

The Role

We are seeking a Site Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our construction site at Lumsden Point on a 2:1 roster.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in ensuring administrative systems run smoothly across the project, supporting site teams, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation
• Coordinate communication between site management, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and basic budget tracking
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Maintain and manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and site logistics
• Organise and coordinate events, meetings, and site activities
• Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions
• Support compliance with site procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Opportunity to learn and develop skills in site safety administration, including supporting the team with 3D safety software

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role within construction or a project environment
• No prior safety admin experience required
• FIFO experience desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across multiple stakeholders
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
