About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our project team supporting the delivery of Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm in South Australia.

Carmody’s Hill is a 256MW utility-scale wind farm located in South Australia’s Mid North region, approximately 180km north of Adelaide, comprising 42 wind turbines.

Based on site, you will provide essential administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the project. A key focus of the role will be supporting site mobilisation, workforce onboarding and maintaining accurate, current and audit-ready documentation.

This role is suited to candidates who are local to the Mid North region of South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site team.


• Maintain site records, registers, filing systems and project documentation.


• Assist with employee onboarding, inductions, training records and site access requirements.


• Support travel, accommodation, timesheets, purchase orders and general site administration.


• Liaise with site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers to assist with administrative requirements.

About you

• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, mining, infrastructure or a similar environment.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.


• Confident using Microsoft Office with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Current SA Driver’s Licence and a proactive, reliable approach to supporting the project team.
