They are currently seeking a dedicated
Site Administrator for their current wharf project to provide essential operational admin support across the team.
Job Overview:As a Site Administrator, you will be the backbone of our site operations, responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating site activities, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties include:
• Provide admin support, data entry, filing and report generation.
• Invoicing and purchase orders using MYOB.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff, visitors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site operations, including maintenance and visitor logs.
• Coordinating the receipt of plant/ materials to site.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.

• Previous site administration or similar administration experience.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
• Solid use of MYOB.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Committed to 18-mth project term.
