How you will make contributions that matter

Saputo Dairy Australia is looking for a Site Capital Engineer to help bring key expansion initiatives to life at our Kiewa facility. If you thrive in a hands‑on, collaborative engineering environment with broad scope and real impact, this is your chance to shape the future of one of Australia’s most iconic dairy sites.

In this site‑based engineering role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects ranging from small equipment upgrades to major plant improvements from concept through to commissioning and testing.

• Support growth initiatives across processing, packaging, automation and site infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, maintenance and corporate engineering.
• Apply safe engineering design principles and ensure compliance with Saputo standards and regulations.
• Provide technical input into equipment selection, process improvements and installation planning.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building relationships across site teams, and delivering high‑quality engineering outcomes.

• Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing (food, beverage or FMCG an advantage).
• Technical capability across liquid processing, material handling, electrical systems and PLCs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑driven work style.
