About the role

Plan and oversee daily activities on site;

Complete specialised remedial work to the highest standard possible;

Plan and review the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis;

Plan projects in advance, coordinating and preparing all material and sub-contractor scheduling in an efficient manner;

Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed;

Effectively utilise site resources in order to achieve completion of project within time frame;

Gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the Company’s ISO, WHS and Environmental Policies and Procedures, ensuring that all site personnel adhere to them at all times.

Essential criteria

Qualification in building;

At least five years experience in remedial;

Foreman experience;

Outstanding communication skills;

Demonstrated experience in WHS and compliance;

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
