The Company
 
A growing and respected construction firm who have developed a steadfast reputation for delivering high quality projects on time, and within budget. Their collaborative approach has allowed them to develop strong client relationships and grow the business to over 100 dedicated construction professionals. They work across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and high-end multi-residential with the latter being a real key area of growth for the business at the moment.
 
The Role
 
As a proactive Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward, including;

• Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
• Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
• Ensuring that OHS standards are adhered to on site.
• Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.

About You

• Ideally trade qualified with a strong understanding of construction methodology.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years in the role of Site Manager.
• Proven track record in delivering apartment or commercial projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.

In Return
 

• Up to $220,000 + Super, depending on experience
