Developer-Builder Seeks Experienced Site Manager for High Rise Projects

Your new company

Your new company has been operating in South-East Queensland for over two decades, creating some of Brisbane's most recognised developments. Our client specialises in Multi-Residential Developments, with several ongoing projects across Brisbane. They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a new project based in Brisbane's Inner West.

Your new role

In your new role as Site Manager, you will be tasked with supervising and directing on-site contractors in relation to the construction of a new development in Brisbane's Inner West. The project is valued at $10m, with an expected completion in 2026. Although this is one of our client's smaller projects, the vast majority of their developments have a construction value of over $50m. The project will consist of 2 towers with a shared basement, containing a total of 11 apartments.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your application for this position, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Current QBCC Builder Open - Site Supervisor Licence
• Ability to Read and Interpret Plans
• Strong Understanding of Multi-Residential Construction
• Previously Experience Constructing High Rise Developments in Australia
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
