Site Manager

A long established, highly successful Construction & Development company with expertise in delivering quality projects across many sectors. With an experienced leadership team, a loyal network of clients, subcontractors & suppliers, this company continues to grow and secure exciting new projects to deliver. We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team and manage the sites of $30m jobs.

ROLE DUTIES

•  Programming and co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
• Liaison with all stakeholders ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule
• Management of the construction program and lookaheads, reporting to the PM    
• Manage and lead an experienced project team
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions, alongside the HSE Advisor
• Problem solving, proactive planning and forward thinking
• Leading the site team and all subcontractors to ensure an efficient, smooth workflow
• Build a collaborative, productive and positive environment between the project team
• and subcontractors

EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET

•  Proven experience as a Site Manager on a Multi-Resi Apartments for T2/T3 builders
• Expertise in managing key targets of quality, safety, cost and time
• Able to schedule, coordinate and manage all site activities
• Excellent work ethic and builds a high performing, proactive working culture on site
• In depth knowledge with building codes, standards and methodologies for multi-level buildings
• Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines

• Finish off a project in Lowanna
• Taking the lead on a new $30m Hotel with a 20–24-month programme
• Salary negotiable - $180,000 - $200,000 package
• A leadership role on a key project with a financially secure business
