SITE MANAGER - BRISBANE

• Complex and high profile $150 million development
• Iconic Brisbane project
• Multi-stage project including apartments, retail, open space and heritage sites

Project Overview:

Overall, this is a multi-stage project with a total value of over $550 million. This role will be taking over an exisiting team and project as the current SM moves to another project. From April 2025, this role will pivot to a new $160 million residential tower project.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee the construction phase from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage timelines, costs, and resources to achieve deliverables on schedule and within budget.

Team Leadership:

• Lead an established site team, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Maintain high levels of staff morale and performance.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary contact for the client, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Quality Control and Safety Compliance:

• Implement quality control procedures to meet high standards.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety policies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-level new build projects with a successful track record.
• Extensive knowledge of modern construction practices, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership skills in managing large construction teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
