About the company
Established Tier 3 builder who were founded in QLD and also have an NSW office are growing from year to year currently turning over around $170M. Their projects range from $1M fitouts to $20M refurbishments to a $50M new build in the commercial, retail, hospitality sectors. They are currently extremely busy in QLD and they are looking for a few key people to join the business.
 
About the role – Site Manager - $45M commercial/retail project
As a Site Manager you will be seen as an important member of the business and the project. 
  
We are specifically looking for a Site Manager to manage one of their larger projects with the first being an upcoming $45M Commercial/retail new build on the south side. This is a key project for the QLD business and we are looking for someone who is capable and has the runs on the board for a project of this size.
 
Skills and Experience

• Stability with previous employers
• Previous experience delivering projects of $25M plus
• A trade background
• Able to manage a large team
• Ability to manage many stakeholders
• Good client relationship skills
