Site Manager - Fit Out

The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with one of South Australia’s most reputable commercial contractors in the search for an experienced Site Manager with strong experience in fitouts. With expertise spanning across a range of industry sectors including commercial, residential, education, health, retail, and industrial, you will enjoy working closely with some of the industry’s successful construction professionals. You will be provided with ongoing support and a structured development plan to facilitate continuous professional growth. 
 
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will demonstrate your extensive knowledge through the delivery of a variety of projects within the commercial construction industry. Working closely with the Project Director and the Project Manager, you will:

• Manage resources and coordinating sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, the senior management team, and subcontractors
• Ensure that all work on-site complies with relevant standards
• Maintain and promote WHS and economise resource allocation
• Monitor the program and ensure agreed deadlines are met
• Provide assistance to site staff where needed
