Site Manager / Senior Foreman - Remedial & Construction Projects

Sydney | $150k-$165k + Super + Vehicle Allowance | Immediate Start

We're partnering with a well-established construction and remedial contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across Sydney.

Due to an upcoming project handover, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager/Senior Foreman to lead delivery on a Sutherland-based project, with ongoing work across the metro region.

This same company is also looking for at least 2 experienced Foreman in Sydney Metro

This is a great opportunity to join a stable business known for delivering complex projects in live environments, with strong systems and supportive leadership.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for site operations, leading subcontractors and site teams to safely deliver projects on time and within budget. The initial project is based in Sutherland until at least August, with future projects across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Maintain site documentation and reporting

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman in Australia
• Background delivering remedial, refurbishment, or construction projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Trade background highly regarded
• Experience working in live or occupied environments advantageous
• Solid knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS
