Site Manager - Get Hired Fast

Our client is an established builder specialising in custom renovations, extensions and architecturally designed homes in the Inner Melbourne area. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing and dynamic team.

As Site Manager, you will manage a niche portfolio of 3 custom projects located in Williamstown (X2) and Richmond. In this role you will use your experience in residential construction to provide knowledge and support to trades and key stakeholders while also providing continuous communication and customer service to clients, ensuring high-quality homes are delivered.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring projects are built to specification, plans, and quality standards, within timeframes and budgets.
• Carry out appropriate and timely inspections during each construction phase.
• Ensure all trades follow policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and organise labor, ensuring all Estimated Time of Operations are within budget parameters.
• Check and authorise invoices.
• Complete write-ups on frames, brickwork, lock-up, and fixes.
