We are a leading turnkey solution provider specializing in the deployment of utility-scale BESS projects across Australia. As we expand our operations, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in various roles.

Positions Available:

Site Manager: As the Site Manager, your role is central to coordinating on-site activities for our BESS projects. You'll handle everything from planning and leading teams to enforcing safety measures and solving problems. Your aim is to keep projects running smoothly and ensure their success in the BESS field.

Quality Manager: As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our BESS projects. This involves supporting quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement efforts. You will identify non-compliances, instigate corrective actions, and maintain quality management systems to ensure the successful execution of BESS projects.

HSE Manager: As the HSE Manager, you will champion health, safety, and environmental practices on our BESS construction sites. You will provide expert advice, conduct risk assessments, and manage safety leadership to ensure that BESS works are undertaken safely and compliantly. Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Electrical Supervisor: As the Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for our BESS projects. You will ensure that all electrical works meet or exceed project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality BESS installations on time and within budget.

Storeman: As the Storeman, you will manage the logistics and inventory for our BESS projects. This includes ordering, receiving, handling, and packing goods, as well as monitoring current stock levels and assessing supply needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials and equipment are available when needed to support BESS construction activities.

Site Administrator: As the Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support for our BESS projects. This includes managing project documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient communication among stakeholders to support the smooth operation of BESS construction activities.

Additional Information:

• Living Away From Home Allowance (LAHA) Provided.
• Drive-in Drive-out (DIDO) role.
• 5.5 Day Week (Half Day On Saturday). 
• Flexible roster available.
• Full Time Fixed Term Contracts Available.
