As our business grew, we expanded our product range to include canopies for campers, dog boxes for hunters, and various Ute storage solutions. We are a small but growing team with a very family-friendly atmosphere in our office, currently operating 5 sites across Australia with plans for further expansion.

About the Role:

TC Boxes Marsden Park is on the hunt for a Site Office Manager - 4x4 Vehicle to oversee our Marsden Park site. 
  
As a Site Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing office functions, coordinating purchases, travel arrangements, ensuring safety compliance, and managing on-site personnel. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and has a knack for effective people management. Join us and play a key role in driving our office's efficiency and success.

The successful candidates will have:
  • Experience in Site and or Office Management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in using office software
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to work well under pressure
