We are currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our NRMA Customer Loyalty (CLP) program! The Customer Loyalty Program helps to build on our already strong customer base by recognizing them, rewarding them and helping them engage in safety-driven tasks to make their world safer.
Your Role
You’ll join the growing CLP Operations team to provide day-to-day operational support, making sure the stable operation of the Customer Loyalty Platform is maintained as we transform and build the platform in line with our strategic priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid understanding of IT Service Operations processes (Incident, Problem and Change) and the tools to monitor, respond and optimize such as ServiceNow, New Relic, and Splunk.
This is a permanent role , and we welcome applicants from Sydney . We work flexibly with a mix of work from home and the office.
