Location: Inner West Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + Company Car

  Working closely with the Construction Manager to report on project progress, challenges and key milestones

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced residential construction professional with a strong background in hands-on site supervision. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and understand the complexities involved in delivering custom homes, renovations and extensions.
Ideally, you will bring:

  10+ years of building industry experience, with a strong background in residential construction

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated experience supervising custom homes, renovations, extensions or knock-down rebuild projects

  
  


• 
  

  A hands-on approach to site management, with the ability to coordinate trades and manage daily construction activities

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing multiple residential projects concurrently, ideally across different stages of construction

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, quality control and site safety

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and trade coordination skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and subcontractors

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands across multiple sites

  
  


• 
  

  A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving construction issues

  The ability to follow established systems and processes while contributing positively to a tight-knit team
