Our company requires a Site Supervisor for upcoming work. We specialise in the construction of hospitality facilities, community buildings, retail and School works. 

With projects across Brisbane, we are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for works in these areas as we have a very strong pipeline of projects. A very competitive remuneration package will be discussed with the successful candidate depending on experience.

We are seeking a quality Site Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and motivating a high performing site team.

• Ensure all site requirements are carried out according to project timelines & within budget.
• Management of site staff, trades & sub-contractors
• Provide leadership & quality control to avoid delays & rework
• Management of OH&S policies onsite

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 5 years Site Supervisor experience on commercial projects encompassing new-build and refurbishment;
2. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance within industrial relations, occupational health & safety, environmental and quality standards;
3. Pro-active in taking ownership of responsibility and capable of decisive action;
4. Be able to read plans and drawings and review construction methods;
5. Manage the activity of site labour and subcontractors against planned schedules;
6. Ability to work to staged timelines and budgets and achieve deadlines. 
7. You must be organised, have the ability to multi-task and be adaptable. 
8. Focus on Quality and exceeding expectations.
9. Excellent Communication Skills
