About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil and cable hauling activities, ensuring works are completed to schedule, quality standards and compliance requirements. Additionally, you'll:

• Coordinate site walk-ups, planning activities and project scoping to support construction delivery


• Supervise subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with approved plans


• Undertake site inspections, compliance checks and critical control verifications across active work sites


• Liaise with Site Engineers to coordinate materials, resolve site constraints and maintain project progress


• Promote a positive safety-first culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvement

About You

• Demonstrated experience in site supervision and managing subcontractors within construction, telecommunications or civil environments


• Previous experience delivering telecommunications, NBN or civil infrastructure projects highly regarded 


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) documentation


• Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements in a field-based environment


• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications


• Based in Canberra or willing to relocate
