Project Supervisor - Electrical Substation Construction

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the contractor during construction of an electrical substation within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area.
You will be responsible for general monitoring of the contractor’s works to ensure compliance to design documentation and reporting progress and any construction issues to the site project manager.

You will need to be proficient in the following areas:

• Ability to comprehend and interpret design construction drawings
• Construction monitoring and quality assurance
• Compliance and risk management

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following qualifications and experience (desirable):

• A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline
• 4 years experience as a Construction Manager/Site Supervisor, demonstrating successful project delivery.

This project will begin in mid December/early January and a site supervisor will be required full time for the duration of construction which is estimated to be between 6-12 months.
