Qualifications & experience

Qualified trade in carpentry or relevant discipline
Minimum 5-7 years hands on experience
2-3 years in a Leading hand capacity
Experience with field technician software (Simpro preferred)
Competency with MS Office applications.
Understanding building codes, safety guidelines and regulations addressing construction projects

Tasks & responsibilities

Inspect and determine maintenance & remedial outcomes.
Relay advice to the project admin team for assessment.
Scope and procure relevant materials to execute the task efficiently.
Engage with clients and tenants as required to complete works.
On the tools – hands on approach
Scheduling and managing trades and sub-contractors on site.
Ensuring projects are built to the highest quality, as documented, and specified.
Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Maintain all access and egress routes. Site fencing, hoarding and signage.
Ensure you are familiar with scope of works for the complete project, as well as individual trades.
