Position Overview

If you are a motivated Mechanic/Service Technician ready to expand your skills and take on a new challenge working with a variety of new and used machinery then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly motivated team, based at our Bowral branch.

‍♂️ ‍♀️Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Repairs and servicing of John Deere turf equipment, Gators, Compact Construction Equipment and Compact Tractors.
  • Diagnosing and interpreting machine faults to get our customers back up and running with minimal downtime.
  • Managing and maintaining service records for machinery as required.
  • Conduct pre-deliveries on all equipment as required.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Relevant trade qualifications in a Mechanical trade.
  • Current and valid driver’s licence.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Auto Electrical and Hydraulic experience.
  • Agricultural machinery servicing experience (John Deere preferred, other large brands highly advantageous).
  • Knowledge of CANBUS systems.
  • Forklift licence (we can help with this).
