(SNOW) Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to ServiceNow implementations.
  
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Validate ServiceNow modules such as:
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
    
  • ITOM
    
  • ITAM
    
  • HRSD
    
  • CSM
    
  • Service Portal
    

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
  
• ServiceNow Administration or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
  
• Experience in Manual Testing and QA methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.
  
• Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  
• Familiarity with ServiceNow forms, workflows, catalog items, and business rules.
  
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and integration testing.
  
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
