Social Media and Influencer Specialist - Growth-Minded Organization

Contract Position - Commence immediately through to Mid July (8 weeks)

Motto Fashions is seeking a talented Social Media and Influencer Specialist to join our INCREDIBLE team (yep, its a pretty fabulous crew!) and drive continued success of our rapidly growing e-commerce store, while our current Specialist is on leave.

This position is a short term contract whilst our permanent team member travels the world!

You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Digital (and, have a direct line to the owners too). You will be responsible for the end-to-end social media content production, assisting with the overall strategy to execution.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited too:

• Content creation and ideation, specifically reels and behind the scenes footage - this is a core part of our brand, so this will be 40% of the role!
• Manage all influencer activity to continue growing our portfolio of brand ambassadors. This will make up the other 40% of your day to day.
• Coordinate and schedule content for social media platforms including Meta, TikTok and Youtube, tailoring content for each platform
• Work and liaise with broader marketing team on really cool projects that are designed to give you skills beyond your day to day role

Skills and Attributes:

• Self-motivated and confident to complete tasks autonomously
• A passion for creating content and a deep understanding of how to grow engagement
• Team player who thrives working in a company with a strong culture (this part is really important to us, so extra points for including your personality in your resume!)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• You enjoy staying on top of the latest technological developments, and have a keen understanding of all digital marketing concepts

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar social media or digital marketing role
• Preferred candidates will have solid knowledge of Meta and Tiktok algorithms and platforms
• Experience in content creation using basic video editing apps (to create reels and similiar). 
• A keen eye for fashion, style, and how to create a beautiful feed and produce on brand content
