Social Media Coordinator

SHA PR are recruiting for a Social Media Coordinator to join their growing social media team.

The role of the Social Media Coordinator is to provide support to the Social Media Director, focusing primarily on the creation of engaging content for SHA clients, as well as community management and planning. This includes all social media channels, Instagram, Facebook and TIKTOK.

Reporting into the Social Media Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating monthly content calendars for IG, TIK TOK, and Facebook
• Scheduling content across the SHA client portfolio
• Community managing across multiple accounts 
• Preparing weekly and  monthly reports, researching and implementing strategies to support account growth and engagement across the SHA client portfolio 
• Attending client meetings as part of the social media team 
• Working alongside the social media manager and director to produce content shoots with photographers, including budget and prop management.  
• Creating video content for IG Reels and TIKTOK
• Liaising with like-minded brands for social collaborations and giveaways
• Writing captions across a variety of voices
• Supporting the PR team with influencer relationships, influencer engagement and researching new potential partners. 
• Reporting on results of influencer campaigns on our owned channels
• Helping the SHA social team achieve client KPIS 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is a beauty junkie,  lives and breathes beauty 
• Is obsessed with social media, knows all the latest trends,  and does the majority of their communicating through social platforms. 
• Wants to spend their working day making Story, Reel, IGTV, TIK TOK, Instagram & Facebook Posts and analysing their performance. 
• Is in the zeitgeist – you are on top of trends, you get what is right and wrong, and you know how to create content that is culturally relevant.
• Knows how to use practical social content creation apps like Canva, InShot, Instagram, Adobe, TIK TOK and ideally things like Google Analytics & Ads and Facebook Creator Studio / Ad Manager.
• Is comfortable using a camera (and being in front of it) 
• Has a relevant degree or industry experience.
