Objective :

The objective of this role is to support the Group Marketing department with all aspects of content creation and

social media management, including organic and paid media.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and produce creative, engaging, and on-brand content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Set up and optimise paid advertising campaigns, understanding ad targeting and budget
  
  

management.

• Utilise existing image and video assets to support content development.
• Ensure error-free, grammatically correct copy for all content.
• Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for effective strategy adaptation.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations.
• Analyse and report on the performance of social media activities.

To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic and self-motivated individual, able to demonstrate the following:

• Able to provide examples of social strategies you have created and implemented on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and/or YouTube, and be able to summarise their performance.
• Proven ability to think creatively and generate unique and creative content.
• Sound understanding of social media trends and consumer behaviour.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital analytics.
• Knowledgeable in video and photo editing software and mobile editing apps.
• Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in digital content.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
• Willingness to adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to effectively convey brand/product messaging through short-form content.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively solo and within a team.
