Objective :
The objective of this role is to support the Group Marketing department with all aspects of content creation and
social media management, including organic and paid media.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and produce creative, engaging, and on-brand content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Set up and optimise paid advertising campaigns, understanding ad targeting and budget
management.
Utilise existing image and video assets to support content development.
Ensure error-free, grammatically correct copy for all content.
Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor and respond to social media comments across all platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for effective strategy adaptation.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations.
Analyse and report on the performance of social media activities.
About you :
To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic and self-motivated individual, able to demonstrate the following:
Able to provide examples of social strategies you have created and implemented on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and/or YouTube, and be able to summarise their performance.
Proven ability to think creatively and generate unique and creative content.
Sound understanding of social media trends and consumer behaviour.
Experience in managing social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital analytics.
Knowledgeable in video and photo editing software and mobile editing apps.
Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in digital content.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
Willingness to adapt to changing needs.
Ability to effectively convey brand/product messaging through short-form content.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively solo and within a team.
Willingness to take feedback and iterate on content strategies.
