About the Role 

This is an incredible role for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator to join this fast-growing iconic Australian lifestyle brand. As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role developing and implementing our strategic marketing plan and driving the brand aesthetic.

In This Role You Will: 

• Assist in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan
• Assist in bringing ideas to life through campaign and promotion development, management, and implementation across the team.
• Assist to develop and manage the marketing department's budget
• Assist in overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Craft a marketing calendar to hit weekly budgets
• Manage the strategy and delivery for our organic digital channels
• Manage the strategy and the creation of engaging content
• Drive new customer acquisition
• Assist in the creation of effective customer campaigns via edm & social media
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns
• Bring a creative vision to life across campaign shoots
• Curate brand collaborations & high profile PR events
• Curate retail store launch events
• Meet deadlines through alignment to the company’s critical path

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent creative and content vision with the confidence to try new things and capitalise on the ongoing trends of content marketing & social media.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing and/or Digital Marketing coordinator
• Expertise in community management through multiple social media platforms including Facebook, and Instagram.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Advertising Platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
• Experience in Email Marketing Platforms and Programs.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, & Photoshop
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing Influencer Campaigns
• General understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) through internal and external resources
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• BS Degree in Marketing, or relevant field
