Social Media & Partnerships Manager (Remote/WFH)

We are a start-up skincare brand, founded by a small team with big goals!

Our CEO and Founder is an Australian influencer with a large online presence, who is building a team of passionate beauty experts to help bring our skincare brand to market in 2024.

Who are we looking for?

• A creative soul with a passion for beauty
• A storyteller who sees the bigger picture of how social media can impact our business 
• Proven experience and a love of social media
• Great copywriting skills, with great attention to detail
• Someone very self-motivated, as this role is completely remote
• We aren’t expecting a photographer/videographer, but would like someone with the ability to take basic social content 

What will you do?

As our Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Campaign management / our marketing calendar
• Organic content creation and social media planning across IG, Meta, TikTok & Pinterest
• Support our Digital Agency on Paid Social, taking insights from what’s performing organically
• Scheduling / posting
• Establishing Brand and Influencer Partnerships
• Reporting back with opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase brand awareness / followers 
• Manage all day-to-day social media activities / customer engagement e.g. responding to comments, messages and engaging with our audience (we don’t currently have Customer Service so please note this is a current responsibility of this role)
• Work with our Marketing Director on other forms of communication including eDMs, blogs and website (Shopify)

Role bit and bobs:

• This role is full-time and will work across our skincare brand, and also help with building content for our founder and her other business ventures
• The salary is industry competitive
• The role is totally remote, you will be working from home

Experience and characteristics you will have: 

• Proven experience developing basic social/digital strategies
• Graphic design and multimedia skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Klaviyo
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar platform 
• Thoughtful and insightful copywriting skills
• Innate ability to work independently and self-manage – this is KEY for us
• Keen to take on responsibilities and grow in the business
• Be a team player with a positive approach – no egos here.
• Comfortable creating content/being in front of the camera – highly advantageous
• Worked in the beauty industry – non-negotiable
