About The Role (Your Why)
You will be joining a fantastic, award-winning Software Asset Management team in our extensive Managed Services business. The SAM team support each other and work collaboratively across a range of managed and professional services. You would be a key contributor to the management of the Software Asset Lifecycle for our customer in a role that is ideal for someone who is experienced in Software Asset Management, or Software Licensing, and loves working with the customer and is keen to develop a career with lots of variety and opportunity. Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. You must hold Australian Citizenship as a Baseline Security Clearance is required, and it will be advantageous if you already have one.

What You Will Bring
We are looking for a proactive, independent, enthusiastic team member who is interested in being part of a larger group delivering a high quality and complex service to our customers. You will bring expertise developed over 3+ years in a Software Asset Management or Licensing Sales position as you will be supporting the delivery of the Software Asset Management (SAM) service for a large Federal Government account. Your ability to work with other members of the client management team to develop and deliver quality solutions for our customer is critical to the success of our service. As part of the role you will deliver quality customer service enhancements in optimising the SAM Service. This will include planning the service implementation, championing the delivery of the service and processes, plus verification and continued maintenance of the SAM Service.
