Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and develop secure, scalable and innovative software solutions that support our business and clinical operations. 

This is an opportunity to work with modern AI-enabled development practices and AWS cloud technologies while contributing to high-quality software solutions that make a real difference. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test and deploy scalable, secure software solutions using AWS and AI-enabled, spec-driven development. 


• Contribute to software architecture, integrations and cloud-native solutions. 


• Promote code quality through testing, code reviews and secure development practices. 


• Support critical applications, troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability. 


• Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices. 

Your Experience 

• Experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python or React. 


• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor, and spec-driven development. 


• Hands-on AWS experience, ideally with services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 and EventBridge. 


• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and software architecture. 


• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. 

A degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. AWS and other relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
