Solicitor / Associate (Insurance)

The Partner heading up this practice has been consistently acknowledged as one of Western Australia’s Leading Public & product liability lawyers, but he is also a really nice and down to earth person.

There is a mix of workers compensation and public liability work coming through the practice and we can structure the role depending on your preferences and experience: some of the Lawyers here specialise in just workers comp, others in liability, and others do a mix of everything.

The team has increased significantly over the past 2 years and this is a growth role to support further progression as the firm is now on every major insurer panel in WA.

You’ll be reporting directly to the Partner of the practice but also supporting the SAs and SCs on their more complex and high-quantum matters.

This role is ideal for a Solicitor or plaintiff lawyer looking to make the move to defendant, it would also suit a workers compensation lawyer who looking to diversity into a broader public liability practice.
