Lancaster Law & Mediation is a small but robust firm with the objective of resolving conflict - pure and simple. We are a legal practice that offers services in various areas of law, including Commercial Litigation, Wills and Estates, Insolvency and Family Law.

Our state-of-the-art office boasts multiple conference rooms, equipped with the latest technology to allow our staff to seamlessly participate in remote court appearances, mediations, or conferences with clients. In addition, our attentive, innovative and supportive team members assist in maintaining a well organised and enjoyable work environment.

We require a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 – 7 years PAE to join our law firm.

Working full time, the preferred candidate would be at at an Associate level and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Knowledge and use of PracticeEvolve would be an advantage, but not necessary.

The successful candidate will undertake work in Commercial Litigation, Wills and Estate disputes, Insolvency and Family Law.

The candidate will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and an ability to run and manage their own case files.

A candidate with an established client base or referral network would be preferred and networking and self-development will be encouraged.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and ability, with a bonus scheme offered, assessed on a quarterly basis.
