Resolve Recruit is partnering with a Commonwealth statutory agency in their search for a talented Solution Architect to join their team. As the Solution Architect, you will be the visionary behind our client's mission to transform solutions that across data and technology. You'll leverage your expertise to lead, analyse, and create designs essential for the development of cutting-edge technology solutions. Your role is pivotal, ensuring solutions not only meet business requirements but also adhere to architectural governance and standards.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Translate business vision into architectural strategy, bridging the gap between objectives and technical execution.
• Assess existing technologies, pinpoint inefficiencies, and craft innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Architect enterprise-wide systems integrating diverse business capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
• Provide strategic guidance, ensuring architectural integrity, governance, and alignment with organisational goals.

Desirable skills and experience: 

• Proficient in network infrastructure, OSI model, and communication protocols.
• Skilled in security principles, encryption, vulnerability testing, and system design.
• Experienced with cloud/hybrid/on-premises technologies, compute, storage, IAM, governance, and networking.
• Knowledgeable in database administration, SQL, data warehousing, and data lake solutions.
• Versed in software design, system architecture, SDLC methodologies, ITSM, ITIL, IT standards, and analytical skills.
