Location: Company office at Level 20/135, King Street, Sydney, NSW or any reasonable place with the assent from and by the Company
Job type: Full-time, onsite / 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary range: AUD128k-132k annual salary + superannuation

As a Solution Consultant, you are a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering best-in-class marketing communications for our clients. We are looking for motivated professionals interested in cloud technologies, particularly Braze, and who are keen to learn how to integrate Braze with other systems. This is a customer-facing role, and you will be working with a variety of clients across industries. The successful candidate should have an enthusiastic and confident personality, with a focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Solution Consultant and the responsibilities will be:

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions using Braze.
• Build the technical solution in the Braze platform, leveraging your technical skills.
• Collaborate with business users and architects to develop standard and customized solutions within Braze.
• Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes to support customer experience strategies.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and advise the team on technical issues related to Braze.
• Work with other marketing automation tools/platforms as needed to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

The requirements of the candidate are as follows:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven consulting skills with a strong aptitude for strategic thinking, enabling the design of best-in-class, future-focused solutions that drive client success.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development (database, backend application, or web development).
• Knowledge of Braze platform features such as Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, SMS, Canvases and Braze AI.
• Experience with marketing automation tools/platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or others is a plus.
• Proficient in coding for Marketing Cloud integrations; familiarity with SQL, Server-side JavaScript, Data Import/Export, Data Views, and REST APIs.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Ampscript for custom development.
• Good understanding of websites, mobile apps, and email development (HTML, CSS, Ampscript, Liquid).
• Eager to learn new technologies and a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new skills.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in implementing or developing solutions with Braze or similar platforms.
• Braze Certification or other related certifications in marketing automation tools is a plus.
