Why this role?

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Sales Operations team. This is a unique role that sits at the heart of client engagement and system design. You’ll translate customer needs into smart, scalable AV solutions that set us apart in the market.

From gathering requirements and understanding user expectations, to creating designs that represent real value and innovation, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference to workplaces, institutions, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AV system designs that align with customer goals and business outcomes


• Translate requirements into functional, practical, and scalable solutions


• Build and document accurate scopes of work and reverse briefs to accompany designs and customer solutions


• Stay across technology, innovation, and user experience trends to deliver future-ready outcomes


• Support our customers and sales objectives with accurate, ratified system designs


• Work with internal teams and customers to provide exceptional solutions


• Continuously improve design standards and help reduce errors across the business


• Work within a portfolio sales team to become an SME on portfolio customers’ technology usage, challenges and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in solutions architecture, AV/IT design, or related system engineering


• A strong grasp of AV systems, integration, and how people actually use them


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project progress


• Solid word processing and documentation skills


• A collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment


• A passion for technology and a drive to deliver the very best outcomes
