We are a 150 seat venue which includes two fine dining rooms and two kitchens. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our celebrated team. As part of our vibrant and innovative kitchen, you will contribute to creating award-winning Italian cuisine while supporting and inspiring our talented kitchen brigade.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and mentoring the kitchen team, fostering growth and skill development.
• Manage a high-paced kitchen environment and oversee service in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Demonstrate creativity in plating and presentation, ensuring every dish aligns with our high standards.
• Uphold a commitment to excellence in Italian cuisine and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 1 year in a comparable role within a high-caliber kitchen.
• Expertise in Italian cuisine and a strong eye for detail in plating.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
