We are looking for a highly talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our award-winning team, set on the gorgeous beach in the Freycinet area with a spectacular backdrop of the mountains, you will bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.   

As our Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef, ensuring the high standard of the kitchen with daily preparation and running of service. You'll take responsibility for completing health and safety logs and inspecting incoming goods for quality. Alongside amazing our guests with an exceptional culinary experience, they will always remember!  

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  Have proven work experience as a Sous chef (or similar) in high-end restaurants or solid experience as a Chef de Partie looking for your next step.

  Are a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to bring fresh exciting ideas

  Hold excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.  

  
  

• 
  

  Know how to manage your time, are highly organised, and work well under pressure  

  
  

• 
  

  Are skilled in Catering for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
