Key responsibilities of the role include: Showcasing your culinary skills to execute a tex-mex menu Delivering a positive experience for our guests General food preparation & cleanliness Supporting the Head Chef with team management, ordering, programming execution and team training Ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards and WHS regulations What we are looking for We are looking for a BOH leader with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar style venue. The successful candidate must hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and be an experienced Chef looking to progress, upskill and grow within a large hospitality group.
