We are currently seeking an energetic and driven Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team at the Bohle Barn Hotel on a full time basis.
The successful applicant must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
You will oversee a large team of chefs, Cooks and apprentices of diverse ages, backgrounds and experience.
You must be reliable and be able to work in a fast paced kitchen, as part of a highly driven and passionate team.
Your creativity and flair for cooking and food preparation will turn your talent into a truly rewarding career.
You will need a current Food Safety Certificate.
