Sous Chef
Today we are seeking a superstar Sous Chef to lead Anason kitchen as 2IC and who will work closely with our Head Chef and Executive Chef to develop new, fresh and memorable dining experiences for all our guests. From time to time, quest chefs and producers will work closely with our team.
A quirky attitude with the desire to push innovation and creativity developing seasonal and rotating menus.
A passion for your team and developing young talents.
Excited to work collaboratively and creatively with the Front of House team including the operations manager to reach for the stars.
In-depth understanding and experience managing financial reporting including Creating costings, managing COGS, labour, and wastage. Commitment to maintaining high and consistent standards of products. Strong written and communication skills.
Our venues are filled with corporates, media types, fashionistas, foodies, and tourists. With an impressive wine and cocktail list, VIPs and high rollers will be kicking back in the evenings, enjoying glass boutique wines. It’s an electric atmosphere and a recipe for success. In high summer, it is absolutely buzzing. And that high-end crowd means big tips!
